- • As a Language Quality Manager (6 month contract) at WeLoglobal Inc., you will support a key client by ensuring that localized content meets the highest linguistic, cultural, and quality standards, playing a critical role in maintaining the reliability and effectiveness of GenAI systems across global markets.
- • You will collaborate with internal and external partners to oversee translation quality across multiple content types, including evaluating linguistic accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and consistency in alignment with client-specific requirements and localization guidelines.
- • Operating within Welo Data’s global network of 500,000+ vetted experts spanning 300+ languages and locales, you will work as part of a client-aligned, long-term engagement model, partnering closely with both client stakeholders and internal teams to uphold quality across diverse modalities such as LLMs, voice systems, agentic workflows, and robotics.
- • You will work autonomously in a fast-paced, client-driven environment, adapting to evolving tools, workflows, and requirements while applying Welo Data’s proprietary NIMO™ framework to ensure data integrity, traceability, and cultural grounding in every dataset.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in multilingual AI quality assurance, contribute to reducing bias and improving inclusivity in AI systems, and gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge evaluation systems used by enterprises deploying GenAI globally.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in localization, translation quality management, or linguistic quality assurance, preferably in a technology or AI-focused environment.
- • Strong understanding of linguistic, cultural, and contextual nuances across multiple languages, with the ability to evaluate content for accuracy, tone, and appropriateness.
- • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients, linguists, and internal teams.
- • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing workflows and tools.
- • Familiarity with quality assurance frameworks, localization tools, or data annotation platforms used in AI training or evaluation pipelines.
