  • • Constructor Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced LATAM Account Director to join our fully remote team. As a key player in our sales organization, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by building and nurturing relationships with high-value prospective customers across Latin America. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of enterprise SaaS sales, a passion for technology, and a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and negotiate significant deals.
  • • In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing. This involves meticulously learning about prospective customers' organizational structures, identifying key influencers and decision-makers, and understanding their unique business challenges and objectives. Your ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders at all levels, from business champions to C-suite executives, will be critical to your success.
  • • You will act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding the needs of our enterprise clients in the Latin American market. This understanding will not only guide your sales strategy but also provide invaluable feedback to our product and engineering teams. By channeling customer insights, you will help shape the future development of Constructor's AI-first search and product discovery platform, ensuring we continue to deliver solutions that drive significant business value.
  • • Constructor's platform is designed to optimize ecommerce metrics such as revenue, conversion rate, and profit, generating substantial lifts for leading brands like Sephora, Petco, and Birkenstock. As an Account Director, you will articulate this value proposition clearly and compellingly, demonstrating how our technology can solve complex product discovery challenges and deliver measurable ROI.
  • • Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic account plans, identifying new business opportunities within target organizations, and orchestrating internal resources—including engineering, product, and marketing teams—to support your sales efforts. You will be adept at presenting product demonstrations, crafting tailored proposals, and negotiating pricing and business terms to secure six-figure deals.
  • • Success in this role requires a proactive approach to building consensus and creating urgency within customer organizations. You will need to effectively manage long sales cycles, often exceeding 120 days, and skillfully navigate procurement and legal teams to finalize contracts.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 6+ years of proven experience selling technical commercial or enterprise SaaS solutions, with a strong preference for experience in Marketing Technology.
  • • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market, with experience closing six-figure deals.
  • • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, enterprise sales cycles (120+ day cycles) from initial engagement through to closing, effectively engaging stakeholders from business champions to C-level executives.
  • • Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory. Fluency in Portuguese is a significant bonus.
  • • Experience selling SaaS solutions into Enterprise organizations specifically within Central and South America, with a strong understanding of the regional market dynamics.
