📋 Description
- • Embark on a transformative journey with HubSpot's LATAM Sales team as a Sales Intern, commencing in July 2026. This immersive internship is meticulously crafted to provide unparalleled hands-on experience in driving growth within one of our most vibrant and strategically important regions. You will be at the forefront of key sales functions, actively contributing to transformational initiatives and supporting critical strategic priorities that shape our future success.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly alongside seasoned sales directors, gaining invaluable insights and mentorship. You will be entrusted with meaningful projects that have a tangible impact on our business, allowing you to build a robust foundation of skills essential for a thriving career in the fast-paced world of tech and SaaS sales.
- • Your responsibilities will extend to supporting sales directors on high-impact initiatives across the entire LATAM region. A significant focus will be placed on understanding and contributing to AI transformation efforts and driving operational excellence within the sales organization. This involves staying abreast of the latest technological advancements and their application in sales strategies.
- • You will play a crucial role in enriching and analyzing sales data. By transforming raw data into actionable insights, you will directly contribute to smarter, data-driven decision-making processes. This analytical component is vital for identifying trends, understanding customer behavior, and optimizing sales performance.
- • Assist in lead generation efforts, a cornerstone of sales growth. This includes actively sourcing net new prospects, identifying potential clients, and contributing to the pipeline development that fuels our sales engine. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to reach and engage new customers.
- • Take ownership of managing the logistics and planning for regional sales events and crucial internal meetings. This requires meticulous organization, proactive communication, and the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.
- • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. By fostering strong working relationships, you will help accelerate sales effectiveness, ensuring alignment and synergy across different departments to achieve common goals.
- • Conduct comprehensive industry research to identify emerging market trends, analyze competitor landscapes, and uncover new opportunities for growth and innovation. This strategic research will inform our sales strategies and market positioning.
- • Drive internal communications and documentation efforts that are essential for team alignment and knowledge sharing. Clear and concise communication ensures everyone is on the same page and working towards shared objectives.
- • Act as a proactive problem-solver, embodying the spirit of a "chief of staff in development." You will be instrumental in supporting strategic sales priorities by anticipating challenges, identifying solutions, and taking initiative to drive progress.
- • Gain firsthand exposure to the customer-facing sales process by shadowing customer calls. This provides invaluable insight into the sales cycle, buyer journeys, and the art of building customer relationships.
- • This internship is designed for individuals who are currently enrolled at a Colombian-based university and can commit to a full-time, 40-hour per week schedule for either a 6-month or a 12-month duration. The role requires you to be based in Bogotá, Colombia, or be able to work remotely within Colombia for the entire internship period.
- • A key aspect of this role involves a willingness to learn about AI tools and their integration into daily workflows. We are looking for candidates who are curious and eager to explore how artificial intelligence can enhance sales processes and drive efficiency.
- • Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills are paramount. You will be managing various tasks and projects, requiring a systematic and thorough approach.
- • We highly value eagerness to learn and openness to feedback. Coachability is a critical attribute, as you will be actively developing your skills and knowledge under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- • A solid understanding of business acumen and how sales organizations operate is beneficial, or a strong willingness to learn and develop this understanding quickly.
- • A proactive mindset, coupled with a strong sense of initiative and ownership, is essential for success in this dynamic role.
- • Comfort working with data using tools such as Excel, PowerBI, or Looker is expected, as data analysis will be a recurring task.
- • Fluency in both English and Spanish, encompassing both written and spoken communication, is a mandatory requirement for this position.
