  • • As the first dedicated sales leader for Latin America at Allium Inc., you will serve as the founding architect of the company’s regional go-to-market strategy, building the LATAM sales motion from the ground up in a high-impact, zero-to-one role that directly contributes to Allium’s mission of becoming the system of record for onchain finance.
  • • You will own the full sales lifecycle for the Latin America region, including defining the ideal customer profile (ICP), mapping the ecosystem, sourcing and qualifying leads, executing complex multi-stakeholder deals, and driving revenue growth across crypto exchanges, DeFi protocols, TradFi institutions, payment companies, and analytics firms.
  • • Day to day, you will source and close deals with technical and executive buyers, develop deep relationships with key ecosystem players such as VCs, accelerators, protocol foundations, and exchanges, represent Allium at major regional events like Labitconf, ETH LATAM, and Consensus LATAM, and collaborate with global GTM, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and seamless customer handoffs.
  • • You will feed critical market intelligence back to Product and leadership, highlighting regional use cases, competitive dynamics, and evolving data needs, while also defining the hiring plan for the LATAM team and helping recruit and onboard your first Account Executives and Business Development Representatives as the region scales.
  • • You will join a mission-driven, globally distributed team at Allium that values extreme ownership, high agency, and a pro athlete mindset, working alongside engineers, product specialists, and GTM professionals who are passionate about solving the data challenges of blockchain finance for institutions and AI agents alike.
  • • In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape Allium’s presence in one of the most dynamic and underpenetrated blockchain markets in the world, gaining deep expertise in Web3 sales, building a high-performing team from scratch, and directly impacting the company’s revenue trajectory and global expansion.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior individual contributor role, preferably selling data infrastructure, developer tools, fintech, or SaaS to technical buyers
  • • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals and building relationships with technical and executive decision-makers in fast-moving, technical environments
  • • Deep embeddedness in LATAM’s crypto, Web3, or fintech ecosystem, with established networks among builders, funds, exchanges, and protocols shaping the region
  • • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, coupled with strong English communication skills for effective internal collaboration across global teams
  • • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build from scratch in early-stage environments where sales playbooks do not yet exist, demonstrating resourcefulness, initiative, and comfort in both hackathon settings and enterprise deal cycles
