📋 Description
- • As a Senior Sales Account Executive at Introzy, you will drive new business growth in the SMB and Mid-market segments by selling the company’s Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform, directly contributing to revenue expansion and market penetration in Latin America and beyond.
- • You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing—while maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts in CRM and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- • Reporting directly to the President & COO, you will join a fast-growing, innovative company at the forefront of the PRM space, where your contributions will have a measurable impact on company direction and partner ecosystem success.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in partner ecosystems, channel sales, and AI-enhanced sales tools, while refining your ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and position Introzy as a trusted advisor to clients seeking measurable ROI from their partnership programs.
- • Your day-to-day will include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and networking; conducting compelling product demonstrations tailored to diverse stakeholders; building long-term relationships as a trusted advisor; staying current on industry trends and competitive landscapes; and consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of proven B2B SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas
- • Demonstrated success selling to SMB and Mid-market market segments
- • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, channel sales, or partnership strategies
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with ability to manage complex sales cycles
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
