  • • As a Pre-Sales Representative for Bullpen Talent, Inc., you will serve as the critical first point of contact for prospective members of a subscription-based franchise, directly driving revenue growth by converting warm leads into paying customers through high-volume, consultative outreach. Your role is pivotal in scaling the client’s membership base across LATAM markets, where your ability to communicate value, build rapport quickly, and maintain relentless follow-up will directly impact the franchise’s market penetration and long-term sustainability. This is not just a sales job—it’s an opportunity to be the engine behind a growing business model that empowers local entrepreneurs while delivering consistent, measurable results.
  • • You will drive membership sales by initiating and managing high-volume outbound communication via phone and text, clearly articulating the benefits of Founding Membership packages to warm leads and guiding them through the enrollment process with professionalism and persistence. Your daily outreach will target 150–300 calls, with a clear objective of converting 3–5 qualified leads into signed members each day, requiring disciplined time management, active listening, and the ability to overcome objections in real time while maintaining a positive, energetic tone.
  • • You will manage the full sales pipeline using CRM platforms like Monday CRM, meticulously logging all outreach activities, call notes, lead status updates, and conversion outcomes to ensure transparency, forecast accuracy, and seamless handoffs to operations or ownership teams. This includes segmenting leads, setting follow-up reminders, and analyzing patterns to optimize your approach—turning data into actionable insights that improve close rates over time.
  • • You will collaborate directly with franchise owners to align on weekly sales goals, promotional campaigns, and localized marketing strategies, acting as a trusted advisor who brings frontline insights from customer interactions to inform tactical decisions. This partnership ensures your efforts are synchronized with broader business objectives, allowing you to adapt messaging, timing, and offers based on regional trends or seasonal demand.
  • • You will execute technical operations using the Hyperconnect cloud phone system and Zenotti platform to place calls, track interactions, and manage workflows efficiently, ensuring compliance with communication standards and leveraging automation where possible to maximize productivity without sacrificing the personal touch that drives conversions.
  • • You will develop advanced consultative selling skills tailored to membership-based models, learning how to uncover customer motivations, articulate long-term value propositions, and build trust in a remote, high-velocity environment—skills that are transferable across industries and highly valued in modern sales leadership roles.
  • • You will gain deep exposure to franchise operations, CRM optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with business owners, positioning yourself for rapid career advancement into senior sales, team lead, or account management roles within the LATAM expansion strategy of this growing franchise network.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Strong conversational English with a confident and professional phone presence
  • • Proven background in inside sales, membership sales, or appointment setting
  • • Ability to handle high call volumes (150–300 daily) while remaining results-driven
  • • Experience using CRM tools such as Monday.com, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • • Accountable and skilled at managing a lead list with consistent follow-up
  • • Experience in hospitality, fitness, or other membership-based services (nice-to-have)
  • • Experience with Hyperconnect or Zenotti (nice-to-have)
