Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end expansion of Juno’s newest vertical—Physician Assistant (PA) students—by forging high-impact partnerships with PA programs, associations, and employers across the United States.
- • Build and execute a data-driven go-to-market strategy that turns a blank-slate market into a predictable, scalable growth engine, ultimately saving PA students millions in interest and fees.
- • Source, negotiate, and close multi-year agreements with PA schools, state & national PA associations, hospital networks, and financial-aid offices, ensuring Juno becomes the preferred student-loan solution for every incoming cohort.
- • Translate complex federal and private-loan regulations into clear, compliant messaging that resonates with PA students who are juggling clinical rotations, board prep, and six-figure debt loads.
- • Design and run A/B-tested email, webinar, and social campaigns that educate PA students on collective bargaining, drive sign-ups, and convert free members into funded loans—hitting quarterly OKRs for volume and cost-per-funded-loan.
- • Create compelling collateral (slide decks, one-pagers, ROI calculators) that equips partner schools and associations to promote Juno autonomously, turning every partner into an active evangelist.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and capital-markets teams to launch loan products tailored to PA timelines (e.g., deferred-interest during clinical year) and to ensure pricing remains the most competitive in market.
- • Establish and nurture an advisory board of PA deans, financial-aid directors, and recent graduates to keep messaging authentic and to surface emerging pain points before competitors do.
- • Analyze funnel metrics weekly—conversion rates, CAC, LTV, cohort retention—and present findings to the executive team, iterating on channel mix, creative, and incentives in real time.
- • Represent Juno at national PA conferences (AAPA, PAEA), hosting booths, moderating panels, and securing speaking slots that position the company as the thought leader in graduate-student finance.
- • Build and manage a small but high-performing partnerships squad (1-2 associates and an intern), setting clear KPIs, running weekly stand-ups, and fostering a culture of experimentation and ownership.
- • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by ensuring outreach materials reflect the demographics of PA students and by prioritizing partnerships with minority-serving institutions and associations.
- • Forecast annual loan volume and revenue for the PA vertical, aligning resource allocation with board-level growth targets and preparing investor-update materials as needed.
- • Stay ahead of regulatory shifts (e.g., SAVE, PSLF changes) and competitive moves, translating external developments into proactive strategy adjustments that protect Juno’s pricing edge.
- • Celebrate wins loudly—whether it’s a record-breaking month of funded loans or a heartfelt thank-you email from a student who shaved $20k off her debt—because at Juno, member impact is the ultimate scoreboard.
