- • As a Lead Account Manager at DataRobot, you will drive strategic growth and retention for enterprise customers by managing complex relationships and expanding AI solution adoption across key accounts.
- • Day to day, you will own the full customer lifecycle for assigned enterprise accounts, including renewal negotiations, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, executive business reviews, and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful AI deployment and value realization.
- • You will be part of a high-performing, customer-obsessed sales organization at DataRobot, a leader in enterprise AI that empowers organizations to build, operate, and govern AI at scale with trust and transparency.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise AI solutions, strengthen your strategic account planning and executive engagement skills, and have the opportunity to influence product direction through customer feedback while advancing your career in enterprise technology sales.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing enterprise-level accounts with a track record of exceeding renewal and expansion targets
- • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders in complex organizations
- • Experience selling or supporting AI, machine learning, or enterprise software solutions
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- • Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings and internal trainings
