📋 Description

• Lead Advocate at Solace Corporation, a Series C healthcare startup redefining patient advocacy by pairing patients with expert advocates to navigate the complex U.S. healthcare system and improve health outcomes.
• Serve as a front-line resource for the growing advocate team, providing guidance, support, and leadership throughout the advocate-patient journey while reporting to the Advocate Lifecycle Manager.
• Join a lean, mission-driven, U.S.-based team backed by top-tier investors including Inspired Capital, Craft Ventures, and Menlo Ventures, operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment that values urgency, precision, and heart.
• Contribute to Solace’s mission of improving health literacy and patient outcomes by shaping advocate training, developing clinical protocols, and ensuring high-quality support for patients navigating complex health and social needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Active licensure in good standing in a health profession (e.g., RN, LCSW)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in care management, care coordination, or a related field
• Prior experience working as an advocate at Solace is strongly preferred
• Comfortable leading virtual training sessions with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to evolving organizational needs
