- ā¢ Lead Advocate at Solace Corporation, a Series C healthcare startup redefining patient advocacy by pairing patients with expert advocates to navigate the complex U.S. healthcare system and improve health outcomes.
- ā¢ Serve as a front-line resource for the growing advocate team, providing guidance, support, and leadership throughout the advocate-patient journey while reporting to the Advocate Lifecycle Manager.

šÆ Requirements
- ā¢ Bachelor's degree required
- ā¢ Active licensure in good standing in a health profession (e.g., RN, LCSW)
- ā¢ Minimum 3 years of experience in care management, care coordination, or a related field
- ā¢ Prior experience working as an advocate at Solace is strongly preferred
- ā¢ Comfortable leading virtual training sessions with strong verbal and written communication skills
- ā¢ Strong organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to evolving organizational needs
