📋 Description
- • Lead AI Product Manager at Textlayer Inc., owning client engagements end-to-end to ensure the right AI system gets built for PE-backed portfolio companies in compliance, financial services, FP&A, and logistics.
- • Drive the Align → Build → Grow methodology: run discovery calls, define measurable success criteria, scope AI ambitions into eval-ready requirements, and manage production handoff and post-launch growth based on real usage data.
- • Collaborate as a peer with senior engineers on technical deep dives into RAG, agent architectures, and eval rubrics, while maintaining strong client relationships with stakeholders like CFOs who are skeptical of AI.
- • Shape and scale Textlayer’s product methodology by codifying engagement artifacts, mentoring junior PMs, and defining what eval-driven product work looks like in high-stakes, regulated industries.
