📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Owner at 1inch Labs Limited, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of decentralized finance by leading cross-functional agile teams to deliver innovative DeFi solutions that empower users with self-custody, security, and intuitive access to digital assets. Your work will directly contribute to 1inch’s mission of building financial freedom for everyone through core infrastructure that supports the broader DeFi ecosystem.
• You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for your team’s initiatives, from vision and strategy to execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals while driving user-centric development in a fast-paced, innovative environment where impact is measured from day one.
• Day to day, you will define and prioritize the product backlog based on strategic objectives, user feedback, market trends, and technical feasibility, translating high-level goals into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• You will facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within your cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and analysts.
• You will work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive, accessible, and secure user experiences across 1inch’s suite of products, including trading interfaces, wallet integrations, and analytics tools, advocating for the user throughout the design and development process.
• You will partner with engineering leads to assess technical dependencies, estimate effort, and remove impediments, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features while maintaining rigorous standards for security and performance in DeFi applications.
• You will engage with stakeholders across product, marketing, compliance, and business development to gather requirements, communicate progress, and align on go-to-market strategies for new features and product launches.
• You will monitor key product metrics and user behavior data to evaluate feature performance, identify opportunities for iteration, and make data-informed decisions that enhance user engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• You will stay abreast of evolving DeFi trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments to proactively identify innovation opportunities and mitigate risks in a rapidly changing landscape.
• You will mentor junior product team members and promote agile best practices, helping to build a strong product culture rooted in ownership, experimentation, and customer empathy.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a fast-paced technology environment, preferably with exposure to blockchain, DeFi, fintech, or financial services products.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and hands-on experience facilitating agile ceremonies and managing product backlogs in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and business objectives.
• Deep user-centric mindset, with experience in UX collaboration, user research, and leveraging data to drive product decisions.
• Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, decentralized exchanges (DEXs), wallets, and DeFi protocols is highly desirable.
• Ability to thrive in a remote-first, globally distributed team environment with strong self-direction, time management, and collaboration skills.
