  • • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Ping Identity, you will be instrumental in fueling our sales pipeline by identifying and cultivating new sales leads. Your primary focus will be on proactively sourcing, engaging, educating, and qualifying potential customers through outbound phone calls and email outreach, with the ultimate goal of generating sales-ready opportunities. Working in tandem with inbound marketing leads, you will meticulously qualify and schedule initial discovery calls for the sales team within your assigned territories, playing a crucial role in the early stages of our sales cycle and contributing directly to the company's growth objectives.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a range of critical sales development activities. A core function will be to produce qualified meetings for the sales team that demonstrably convert into pipeline opportunities, ensuring a consistent flow of potential business. You will be tasked with achieving key metrics for sales growth on a monthly and quarterly basis, requiring a data-driven approach to your outreach and follow-up strategies. To meet and exceed these goals, you will need to maintain strong momentum and a proactive attitude, continuously seeking ways to improve your performance. A significant part of your role will involve assisting with in-depth research on target companies, a vital component of effective lead generation and qualification. This research will utilize the web and other available tools to understand prospect needs and tailor your approach. You will learn to skillfully navigate through organizations, identifying key stakeholders and decision-makers to gain the necessary access and information. Building and maintaining strong alignment and positive partnerships with both the Sales and Marketing departments will be essential to meet regional objectives, fostering a collaborative environment where information and leads are shared effectively. You will be encouraged to leverage every opportunity to deepen your understanding of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) market and Ping Identity's comprehensive solutions, becoming a knowledgeable resource. Working closely with mentors, you will set personal and professional goals, ensuring continuous development and alignment with team objectives. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and consistent use of Salesforce (CRM) and our Sales Engagement Tool, maintaining data integrity for reporting and analysis.
