- • As a Product Manager, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of the Debtdomain platform by collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, client service, and senior leadership. Your work will directly influence how financial institutions access, analyze, and act on critical debt market data, contributing to more informed decision-making across the global economy.
- • You will be part of a global, collaborative, and transparent team dedicated to enhancing and maintaining the Debtdomain platform—a trusted solution used by industry professionals worldwide. - • Contribute to solution roadmaps that clearly articulate the vision and strategy for Debtdomain enhancements, ensuring alignment with leadership goals and securing executive buy-in through data-informed storytelling.
- • Define and document detailed product requirements, including user journeys, feature specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and dependency mapping—distinguishing core product builds from integration efforts and clarifying scope boundaries.
- • Research and synthesize information from internal and external sources to identify market trends, regulatory shifts, and client needs that may impact product priorities and long-term planning.
- • Support agile delivery by preparing and maintaining backlogs, defining sprint goals, and ensuring the development team has clear, prioritized requirements and necessary resources to execute effectively.
- • Lead and facilitate key agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, review sessions, and retrospectives to promote transparency, accountability, and continuous team improvement.
- • Partner closely with sales and client service teams to ensure they are equipped with the tools, training, and insights needed to drive client adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
- • Document and communicate stakeholder needs clearly, maintaining traceability between business objectives, product features, and development outcomes to support informed decision-making.
- • Monitor and report on product performance metrics, usage trends, and feedback loops to assess impact and inform iterative improvements.
- • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers in the product lifecycle and work with stakeholders to mitigate them through timely escalation and collaborative problem-solving.
- • Foster strong, trust-based working relationships with stakeholders across functions, acting as a central point of contact for product-related inquiries and alignment.
- • Stay current with industry best practices in product management, UX, and fintech innovation, applying technical curiosity to explore new tools and methodologies that enhance product effectiveness.
🎯 Requirements
- • Prior product management, user experience, software engineering, and/or quality assurance experience (required)
- • Demonstrated interest in finance and capital markets
- • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- • Self-motivated, initiative-taking mindset with a passion for problem-solving
- • Technical curiosity and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- • Experience with product management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO)
