📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and machine learning solutions for enterprise clients in the software development industry.
• Architect scalable machine learning pipelines that integrate with existing client systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical AI/ML specifications and deliverable models.
• Oversee a team of data scientists and engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to ensure alignment with best practices and project goals.
• Evaluate and select appropriate machine learning frameworks, libraries, and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) based on project needs and scalability constraints.
• Conduct end-to-end model development including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, validation, and deployment in production environments.
• Implement MLOps practices to automate model retraining, monitoring, and version control across development and production stages.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards during model development and deployment.
• Analyze model performance metrics and iterate on algorithms to improve accuracy, latency, and business impact.
• Document technical architecture, model behavior, and system dependencies for client handoff and internal knowledge sharing.
• Participate in client demos and technical presentations to communicate model capabilities, limitations, and business value.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client solutions through emerging AI technologies and recommend innovation pathways.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and data infrastructure to align AI initiatives with broader client technology roadmaps.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in artificial intelligence, deep learning, and natural language processing to inform strategic decisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to AI models, data drift, or system integration failures in a timely manner.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, testing protocols, and documentation practices across all AI/ML projects under your leadership.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for multiple concurrent AI initiatives, ensuring adherence to client SLAs and contractual obligations.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients on all AI/ML-related matters, building trust and long-term partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of data scientists or machine learning engineers
• Expertise in building and scaling production-grade machine learning systems
• Strong proficiency in Python and major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning
• Demonstrated success working directly with enterprise clients in software development
