- • Deliver accurate and complete client data deliverables in alignment with defined requirements and timelines.
- • Perform initial root cause and quality control analyses to identify and resolve issues in data deliverables.
- • Develop and maintain ongoing data surveillance processes to monitor recurring client deliveries and ensure consistency.
- • Support new client onboarding by defining data delivery formats, schedules, and methodologies.
- • Establish appropriate data delivery methods including Databricks to Databricks, Databricks to other platforms, and Snowflake based on client specifications.
- • Collaborate with internal teams to obtain approval for sharing non-PHI data and select secure, compliant delivery methods.
- • Partner directly with clients to validate, troubleshoot, and ensure successful test data sharing.
- • Build and maintain Databricks dashboards to support client reporting and delivery needs.
- • Build, test (QA/UAT), and deploy code in Databricks and Snowflake environments to enable automated data workflows.
- • Troubleshoot data delivery issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement resolutions.
- • Work with Forsyth Health teams to clarify data definitions, resolve ambiguities, and provide technical support.
- • Prepare and distribute release notes to internal stakeholders for all data delivery updates.
- • Identify and implement process optimizations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of data delivery operations.
- • Support quarterly product releases by developing new processes to accommodate new data sources or structural changes to existing datasets.
- • Ensure all data delivery activities comply with established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- • Communicate complex data concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through verbal and written channels.
- • Operate effectively in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment with a high degree of ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- • Maintain internet connection via cable broadband or fiber optic service with minimum speeds of 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload for remote work.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 2 years of healthcare analytics experience
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation
- • Proficiency in Databricks for data processing and dashboard development
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, ambiguous environment
