📋 Description

• • Lead Analyst, People Technology & AI role at ServiceTitan, Inc. focused on driving AI-native transformation in HR technology systems, serving as the core HCM configuration expert for Workday and related platforms while enabling global growth, M&A activity, and process innovation.
• • Day to day responsibilities include identifying and owning AI and automation use cases across the HR tech stack, designing production-grade workflows using Workato AI agents and Claude APIs, serving as the People Technology SME for Core HCM in Workday, leading M&A integrations and new entity builds, partnering cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Legal and HR teams, and mentoring stakeholders on system configuration and AI adoption.
• • The team operates at the intersection of people systems and technology, supporting ServiceTitan’s global expansion and continuous improvement initiatives by ensuring data integrity, system scalability, and seamless integration across HR, payroll, benefits, recruiting, and talent modules.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise HR technology, lead high-impact AI-driven automation projects, shape the technical roadmap for People Technology, and develop strategic influence across HR, IT, finance, and operations while advancing your skills in Workday configuration, AI orchestration, and enterprise change management.
