- • Lead comprehensive spend analysis across global procurement categories to identify cost-saving opportunities and emerging trends.
- • Manage end-to-end RFx processes (RFP, RFI, RFQ), including vendor identification, bid evaluation, and selection to ensure optimal supplier outcomes.
- • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and business unit leaders to align sourcing strategies with corporate objectives and compliance standards.
- • Support commercial contract negotiations, working closely with Legal to ensure terms meet corporate policies and risk requirements.
- • Partner with department stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and deliver data-driven recommendations for sourcing decisions.
- • Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and conduct periodic business reviews to ensure service quality and accountability.
- • Stay informed on market trends, industry benchmarks, and supplier landscape changes to inform strategic sourcing initiatives.
- • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the Procure-to-Pay workflow and enhance operational efficiency.
- • Utilize advanced Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling, data visualization, and reporting to support decision-making at all levels.
- • Leverage ERP and eSourcing tools to manage procurement data, track spend, and automate reporting where possible.
- • Maintain accurate documentation of sourcing activities, contract terms, and vendor evaluations for audit and compliance purposes.
- • Drive continuous improvement in procurement practices by introducing best-in-class methodologies and tools.
- • Communicate complex procurement insights and financial impacts clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain analytics
- • Expert-level proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using ERP or eSourcing tools
- • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling
- • Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability to present complex data to leadership
- • Proven ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
