- • Lead end-to-end analytics implementations for enterprise clients using Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), ensuring accurate data collection, configuration, and governance across digital platforms.
- • Translate complex business objectives into measurable analytics strategies that align with client KPIs and digital transformation goals.
- • Design, build, and maintain scalable, executive-ready dashboards and reporting frameworks that deliver actionable insights to C-suite and marketing leadership.
- • Serve as the primary analytics advisor to clients, guiding them through data-driven decision-making processes and demonstrating the business impact of analytics initiatives.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including digital engineers, experience designers, and marketing strategists to integrate analytics into broader digital solutions.
- • Mentor and guide junior analysts and consultants, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and client-centric problem solving.
- • Conduct audits of existing analytics implementations to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or opportunities for optimization in tracking, tagging, and data quality.
- • Stay current with evolving digital analytics standards, Adobe product updates, and industry best practices to ensure clients receive cutting-edge solutions.
- • Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders through clear, compelling storytelling that bridges technical detail with business outcomes.
- • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, prioritizing deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation to meet contractual obligations and exceed expectations.
- • Act as a trusted advisor in the digital marketing analytics space, advising clients on measurement frameworks for campaigns, attribution models, customer segmentation, and behavioral analytics.
- • Partner with Bounteous’s technology alliances to leverage integrated platforms and ensure seamless interoperability between analytics tools and marketing ecosystems.
- • Document analytics architectures, data dictionaries, and implementation standards to ensure knowledge transfer and long-term client sustainability.
- • Participate in proposal development, scope definition, and client onboarding processes to ensure accurate scoping and alignment of analytics deliverables.
- • Represent Bounteous at client meetings, industry events, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions to reinforce thought leadership in digital analytics.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven expertise in Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) with hands-on implementation experience
- • Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing analytics engagements from strategy to delivery
- • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and customer journey mapping
- • Experience mentoring and managing junior analytics professionals
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences
- • Ability to manage multiple concurrent client projects in a fast-paced consultancy environment
