- • Design, build, and maintain the GTM tech stack including Salesforce, HubSpot Marketing Hub, Clay, Gong, and vibecoded solutions to power revenue operations at scale.
- • Architect and automate end-to-end revenue workflows spanning lead routing, pipeline management, forecasting cadences, and handoff protocols between sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- • Develop and manage data enrichment pipelines that enhance lead and account data quality for improved targeting and conversion.
- • Create and maintain reporting infrastructure and dashboards that provide GTM leadership with real-time visibility into pipeline health, funnel conversion rates, win/loss trends, and revenue forecasts.
- • Translate complex revenue data into actionable insights that directly improve deal velocity and win rates across the organization.
- • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to operationalize processes that ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability in revenue execution.
- • Serve as the primary technical owner for integrations between CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and communication tools to eliminate data silos and streamline workflows.
- • Continuously optimize the GTM technology ecosystem by identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and implementing scalable automation to reduce manual effort.
- • Partner with engineering and product teams to align revenue operations systems with product capabilities and customer usage patterns.
- • Ensure all revenue systems are configured to support high-growth B2B SaaS metrics including ARR growth, customer acquisition cost, and sales cycle length.
- • Maintain documentation for all GTM systems, automations, and processes to enable onboarding, auditability, and cross-functional alignment.
- • Act as a bridge between technical systems and non-technical GTM teams by translating complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives for stakeholders.
- • Contribute to the design and implementation of new revenue processes from zero to one, leveraging a builder mindset in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- • Support the adoption of new tools and technologies within the GTM stack by providing training, documentation, and change management support.
- • Monitor system performance and data integrity to proactively resolve issues that impact revenue forecasting accuracy or sales productivity.
- • Align all revenue operations activities with company-wide values including urgency, ownership, direct communication, and customer-centricity.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, RevTech, Sales Systems, or Salesforce Development at high-growth B2B tech companies
- • Background or strong interest in developer tools, API platforms, or AI infrastructure
- • Exceptional communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into simple, persuasive narratives
- • Builder mindset with experience creating durable processes from scratch in zero-to-one environments
