- • We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Backend Architect to join our team at Avive Solutions, Inc. as we continue to innovate and disrupt the Automated External Defibrillator (AED) market.
- • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of our backend architecture, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and meets the needs of our connected response system.
- • As a key member of our engineering team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements, develop technical roadmaps, and drive the implementation of new features and technologies.
- • You will be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support, and contributing to the development of our company's technical vision and strategy.
- • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on backend architecture, and experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
- • You will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and to continuously evaluate and improve our backend architecture to ensure it remains competitive and innovative.
- • As a Lead Backend Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our system, and for implementing best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
- • You will work closely with our DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and operation of our system.
- • The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, with excellent technical writing and presentation skills, and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • You will be expected to collaborate with our product management team to ensure that our technical solutions meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend architecture.
- • Strong background in cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
- • Experience with containerization, such as Docker.
- • Strong knowledge of security best practices and experience with implementing secure architecture.
- • Excellent technical writing and presentation skills.
- • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
