Lead Backend Engineer - Marketing Attribution

📋 Description

• • Lead Backend Engineer responsible for designing and building a proprietary mobile marketing attribution system from scratch to replace third-party tools like AppsFlyer, enabling accurate tracking of user acquisition across mobile apps.
• • Architect backend infrastructure, data pipelines, and attribution models (last-click, probabilistic, fingerprinting) to process install events from ad networks, SDKs, and mobile clients with low latency and high reliability.
• • Collaborate with Growth and Product teams to ensure the attribution system delivers actionable data for campaign optimization and strategic decision-making.
• • Establish technical foundations for future team growth, making architecture decisions that will scale as the engineering team expands around the system you create.
• • Work autonomously in a high-impact, zero-to-one environment at the intersection of mobile technology, backend infrastructure, and data, with full ownership of a critical product engine.
• • Based remotely (with optional hybrid in Barcelona), joining a fast-growing startup founded by SocialPoint co-founders, building AI-powered productivity apps used by millions under a subscription model.
