- • We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Lead Brand Manager to spearhead the creation and global launch of the Dressly brand. As a pivotal member of our rapidly scaling fashion-tech company, you will have the unique opportunity to build a brand from its inception, shaping its identity, voice, and market presence from the ground up. Dressly is at the forefront of revolutionizing the fashion industry by leveraging AI and personalized approaches to empower individuals to discover their unique style, boost their confidence, and express themselves boldly. This role is for a strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality, eager to translate business objectives into a compelling brand narrative and execute impactful campaigns on a global scale.
- • In this role, you will be instrumental in defining and executing Dressly's overarching global brand strategy. This includes meticulously crafting the brand's positioning, establishing a distinct tone of voice, and developing a comprehensive communication platform that resonates with our target audience across diverse international markets. You will be the architect of Dressly's brand story, ensuring it authentically reflects our innovative use of AI and our commitment to personalized fashion solutions.
- • A core responsibility will be to translate the product and business strategy into a powerful and cohesive brand narrative. This involves deep collaboration with product and marketing teams to understand the core value proposition and communicate it effectively through all brand touchpoints. You will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing integrated brand campaigns across a variety of channels. This includes orchestrating public relations efforts, managing social media presence, engaging with influencers, forging strategic partnerships, and organizing impactful events to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- • You will play a crucial role in building and scaling the entire brand ecosystem. This encompasses developing and executing a robust social media marketing strategy, fostering a vibrant online community, cultivating meaningful relationships with key influencers, implementing a proactive PR strategy, and managing Dressly's overall external presence. The goal is to create a cohesive and recognizable brand identity that captures attention and builds loyalty.
- • Financial acumen is essential as you will be responsible for formulating brand budgets, developing accurate forecasts, and ensuring the efficient allocation and utilization of resources to maximize return on investment. You will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of budget management and the ability to justify marketing spend based on projected outcomes and performance metrics.
- • To ensure the success and continuous improvement of our brand initiatives, you will establish and maintain a comprehensive system for brand analytics and reporting. This system will be designed to meticulously measure brand awareness, track key performance indicators, and demonstrate the tangible business impact of all brand activities. Your insights from this data will be critical in informing future strategies and optimizing campaign performance.
- • Collaboration and leadership are key. You will be expected to effectively manage external agencies, freelance professionals, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of all brand initiatives. This requires strong project management skills, clear communication, and the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams towards a common brand vision.
