  • • Own the end-to-end analytics roadmap for Freshworks’ global go-to-market engine, translating billions of customer interactions into crisp, board-level narratives that steer product, pricing, and channel strategy.
  • • Architect and maintain scalable data pipelines that ingest CRM, marketing-automation, product-usage, and financial data; partner with Data Engineering to guarantee sub-5-minute latency, 99.9 % uptime, and full GDPR/CCPA compliance across Snowflake, Redshift, and BigQuery environments.
  • • Define, socialize, and defend the single source of truth for all GTM KPIs—ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity, win-rate, churn cohorts, and expansion propensity—building automated anomaly-detection alerts that flag deviations before they hit the quarterly forecast.
  • • Lead weekly insight sprints with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance VPs: surface statistically significant trends, design A/B and multivariate tests, and deliver prescriptive recommendations that have historically unlocked 8-figure annual revenue upside.
  • • Design self-service dashboards in Tableau, Looker, and Salesforce CRM Analytics that cut query-to-insight time from days to minutes; train 200+ revenue operators on interpretation, storytelling, and hypothesis generation.
  • • Institutionalize data-governance playbooks—data-dictionary, lineage maps, SLAs, and refresh cadences—raising overall data-quality scores from 82 % to 98 % within two quarters.
  • • Translate complex statistical models (regression, clustering, time-series forecasting, uplift modeling) into intuitive visuals and plain-language briefs that enable non-technical stakeholders to act with confidence.
  • • Partner with FP&A to embed predictive forecasts into annual operating plans, scenario-modeling price increases, new-segment entry, and channel-mix shifts with ±3 % accuracy.
  • • Champion a culture of experimentation: stand up test-and-learn frameworks that evaluate messaging, campaign channels, and sales plays, producing a reusable library of 50+ proven growth tactics.
  • • Mentor a high-performing team of 3–5 analysts, instituting career-lattice paths, code-review rituals, and weekly learning labs that have doubled internal promotion rates.
  • • Present quarterly to the CEO, CRO, and Board of Directors, distilling multi-dimensional findings into 5-slide narratives that directly influence resource allocation and M&A strategy.
  • • Continuously scan the external landscape—Snowflake Marketplace, dbt packages, SaaS benchmarks—to pilot next-gen tooling that keeps Freshworks three steps ahead of competitors.
