📋 Description

• Lead Clinical Data Manager role at IQVIA Holdings Inc., responsible for overseeing end-to-end data management delivery for global clinical trials, ensuring quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance while leading cross-functional teams that support the development of new therapies.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include leading data management for complex global clinical trials from study setup to database lock; serving as the primary client contact for all data management deliverables; overseeing SAE, PK, and external data reconciliation and database deployment; managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet customer expectations; mentoring junior data management staff and promoting best practices; and driving process improvements to ensure regulatory and SOP compliance.
• IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights, and healthcare intelligence, operating across 28 locations with a mission to accelerate the development and commercialization of innovative medical treatments through intelligent connections in the life sciences and healthcare industries.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health, clinical, biological, or mathematical field.
• Minimum of 7 years of direct clinical data management experience, with at least 5 years in a Lead Clinical Data Management role.
• Proven success managing large global studies (1,000+ patients) and expertise with Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm, or similar EDC systems.
