Lead Commercial Counsel

📋 Description

• • Lead Commercial Counsel responsible for serving as a trusted, pragmatic partner on all types of transactions across Solace Corporation, reporting to the Chief Legal Officer and acting as the legal architect for the company’s commercial engine.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the drafting and negotiation of high-stakes agreements such as MSAs, BAAs, and strategic partnerships; designing playbooks and templates to increase deal velocity; owning and optimizing the legal tech stack (CLM, Legal AI); automating workflows; and serving as the primary legal advisor to the business on product, corporate, and regulatory matters.
