- • Lead, Compensation Programs at ServiceTitan, a high-impact role shaping compensation strategy, execution, and experience across merit, equity, and bonus cycles for a growing global organization.
- • Day to day: Lead end-to-end compensation cycles including timeline management, system configuration, and stakeholder communication; partner with People Business Partners, Talent Management, and Finance to align performance with pay and ensure budget clarity; conduct market analysis, translate data into program recommendations, and monitor emerging trends like AI-driven job families and skills-based pay; advise business leaders on compensation questions, offer guidance, and off-cycle requests; build tools, templates, and AI-enabled resources to increase efficiency and compensation literacy across the organization.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of compensation experience, including meaningful time in a business-facing or cross-functional role
- • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from kickoff to close, on time, with calm under pressure
- • Experience leading or co-leading compensation cycles in a global, matrixed environment
- • Strong financial acumen; comfortable building models, interpreting budget data, and talking to Finance
- • Advanced Google Suite or Excel skills
- • Clear communicator, able to translate comp mechanics into plain language for managers, employees, and senior leaders
- • Experience with Workday is a plus
