- • Lead the creative strategy for BJAK’s new UK brand, defining and evolving brand voice, messaging, and content architecture across digital channels
- • Conduct creative discovery through research into UK market campaigns, social trends, and user behavior to identify high-impact messaging angles
- • Develop strategic campaign concepts that transform data-driven insights into actionable blueprints for digital content, with a focus on performance-driven outcomes
- • Translate strategic concepts into executable digital assets, including high-volume video ads, short-form scripts, and mobile-first content, owning end-to-end production workflows
- • Partner with internal teams to analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, CPA, ROAS) and iterate creative assets to optimize acquisition efficiency
- • Ensure all digital content remains aligned with BJAK’s established UK brand voice while pushing creative boundaries and experimenting with innovative formats
- • Manage complex cross-functional workflows involving design, production, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality assets on tight deadlines
- • Maintain ownership of creative production pipelines from concept through delivery, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability across all digital touchpoints
- • Use performance data to critique, refine, and scale creative concepts, driving continuous improvement in campaign effectiveness and cost efficiency
- • Collaborate directly with leadership to shape and execute the full brand strategy for the UK market, from initial vision to measurable outcomes
- • Operate within a flat, high-output team culture that prioritizes ownership, speed, and execution over hierarchy or bureaucracy
- • Contribute meaningfully to company mission by building superior application platforms that digitize industries and improve societal efficiency
- • Work remotely across the UK with flexibility to operate independently while maintaining alignment with team goals and brand standards
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6 years in a hands-on creative strategy role focused on performance creative, digital content, or campaign strategy within high-growth B2C brands or agencies
- • Compelling portfolio demonstrating the ability to translate strategic insights into high-performing digital video and mobile-first content
- • Expertise in digital content production workflows, including scripting, storyboarding, editing, and delivering optimized assets
- • Proven ability to use campaign metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) to critique, iterate, and scale creative concepts
- • Proficiency with design tools and video production/editing software
- • Strong project management skills and ability to manage complex cross-functional workflows
