- • As a Lead CRO Engineer at Fyxer Inc., you will own the end-to-end conversion rate optimisation strategy that directly fuels the company’s explosive growth — from £0 to £30M+ ARR in under two years — by designing, building, and executing data-driven experiments across the full user journey, turning visitor behaviour into measurable revenue impact.
- • You will lead the design, implementation, and analysis of multivariate and A/B tests across landing pages, onboarding flows, activation funnels, and seat expansion mechanisms, using rigorous statistical methods to distinguish signal from noise and drive decisions that improve conversion quality and long-term retention.
- • Day to day, you will build and maintain the experimentation infrastructure — including feature flagging, event tracking, and result interpretation systems — while shipping full-stack features in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and TailwindCSS to optimise conversion touchpoints from first click to paid upgrade.
- • You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to align product-side CRO initiatives with paid and organic acquisition channels, ensuring growth loops are tightly integrated across virality, referrals, and upgrade mechanics.
- • You will synthesise quantitative data (product analytics, revenue metrics, cohort trends) with qualitative insights (customer interviews, session recordings, usability feedback) to uncover high-leverage opportunities that others overlook.
- • You will own the strategic direction of Fyxer’s growth engine — defining what to test, why it matters, and how to scale winning experiments — operating with full autonomy in a PM-less, high-ownership environment where your intuition and rigor directly shape company trajectory.
- • You will join a elite, fast-moving Growth Engineering team backed by tier-1 investors (Marc Benioff, Harry Stebbings, David Singleton, Madrona) where intensity, ownership, and technical excellence are rewarded with rapid career acceleration and real impact on a scaling AI product.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a CRO, growth, or software engineer with a demonstrable track record of improving conversion rates across sign-up, onboarding, or monetisation flows in B2B SaaS or similar contexts.
- • Proficiency in the Fyxer tech stack: TypeScript, React, Next.js, TailwindCSS, ShadCN, React Query, and serverless functions, with ability to ship production-grade full-stack features.
- • Strong grasp of statistical experimentation — including multivariate testing, significance testing, confidence intervals, and the ability to distinguish statistical from practical significance — applied to real-world product decisions.
- • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS growth loops, including virality, referral systems, seat expansion, and upgrade mechanics, with experience aligning product changes to acquisition funnels.
- • Comfort working with both quantitative data (analytics, revenue, event tracking) and qualitative data (user interviews, session recordings, behavioural observation) to form holistic optimisation hypotheses.
- • Experience with feature flagging, CRM integrations, event tracking pipelines, and segmentation tools as part of a modern growth experimentation stack.
