- • Lead, CyberSecurity Advocacy at Humana Inc. is a pivotal role focused on designing and delivering innovative cybersecurity training programs to strengthen the organization’s human defense against evolving cyber risks.
- • The role involves collaborating with leaders and subject matter experts to develop engaging, targeted education initiatives that equip EIP and enterprise staff to navigate cyber threats, including curriculum development for new products and tools, technical resource creation, and organization-wide cyber awareness campaigns.
- • As part of Humana’s caring community, the incumbent will work remotely (with eligibility in specified metro areas) to reduce organizational cyber risk through human-focused, data-driven learning initiatives, leveraging Instructional System Design (ISD) methodologies and conducting learning needs assessments.
- • The position offers the opportunity to influence corporate vision by working with Cybersecurity Strategic Advancement and EIP leaders, produce technical documentation and presentations, and serve as an advocate for cybersecurity awareness across all levels, driving measurable improvements in security posture through education and training.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant information technology field (Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, etc.)
- • 3+ years of experience in applications security and teaching others the same
- • Experience with leading application security toolsets (SAST, DAST, SCA, IAST)
- • Strong application security experience across technologies and languages such as C#, JavaScript, Java, Python
- • Knowledgeable on OWASP Top 10 and defensive coding techniques
