📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of analytical frameworks to support business goals across marketing, product, and operations teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business questions into actionable data projects and deliver insights that drive strategic decision-making.
• Design, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics models using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Mentor and coach junior data analysts, fostering growth in technical skills, data quality practices, and data storytelling capabilities.
• Ensure high standards in data accuracy, consistency, and documentation across all analytical outputs.
• Recommend and implement process improvements based on data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in data analytics and pipeline engineering.
• Work with data infrastructure including Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift to extract, transform, and analyze large-scale datasets.
• Utilize Python, SQL, or Scala for data analysis, modeling, and automation of analytical workflows.
• Orchestrate data pipelines using Apache Airflow, dbt, or equivalent tools to ensure reliable and scalable data flows.
• Leverage cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure to manage data storage, processing, and analytics environments.
• Collaborate remotely using Slack, Zoom, Jira, and Google Workspace to coordinate with global teams and deliver timely insights.
• Record a video as part of the mandatory application process; failure to submit a video will result in automatic disqualification.
• Partner with leadership to align data initiatives with company-wide objectives and communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
• Drive adoption of data literacy across departments by translating technical results into clear, actionable business recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role
• Strong command of SQL and Python/R for analysis and modeling
• Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Proven track record of leading projects and teams
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to record and submit a video as part of the application process
