• • **Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**
• • **Design and Implement End-to-End Data Solutions:** Lead the development of robust data architectures, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance. This includes designing data pipelines, integrating diverse data sources, and deploying solutions into production environments.
• • **Mentor and Lead Engineering Teams:** Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration. Take ownership of technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
• • **Develop and Optimize Data Pipelines:** Write, debug, and optimize SQL queries, and leverage programming languages like Python, Java, or Scala to build automated data transformation and curation pipelines. Utilize tools like Spark, Kafka, and dbt to streamline data workflows.
• • **Collaborate with Cloud Data Platforms:** Work closely with core cloud platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Databricks, and GCP to design and implement cutting-edge data solutions. Ensure seamless integration and performance across these platforms.
• • **Client-Facing Communication:** Act as a technical liaison with clients, translating complex data challenges into actionable solutions. Create and deliver detailed presentations, documentation, and roadmaps (e.g., POCs, sequence diagrams, class hierarchies) to stakeholders.
