- • Lead the data science team’s strategic vision to align models and analytics with business objectives in ad-tech and mobile app revenue optimization.
- • Guide and mentor junior data scientists, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing team culture focused on continuous learning and growth.
- • Oversee the end-to-end development of scalable machine learning models for ad targeting, bid strategy optimization, and performance analytics in a high-volume real-time environment.
- • Ensure the reliability, efficiency, and relevance of data pipelines and modeling workflows by adapting to evolving industry standards and technological advancements.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
- • Design and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms using Python and SQL to drive key performance metrics and revenue growth.
- • Utilize PySpark and Pandas for large-scale data manipulation and analysis across distributed systems.
- • Leverage cloud infrastructure, primarily AWS, to deploy, monitor, and optimize data science workflows and model serving pipelines.
- • Train and refine deep neural network models using frameworks such as PyTorch, Hydra, and Comet for predictive analytics in ad auction systems.
- • Maintain rigorous standards for model validation, A/B testing, and performance evaluation to ensure accuracy and business impact.
- • Communicate technical findings and strategic recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders through visualizations, reports, and presentations.
- • Stay current with advancements in ad-tech, machine learning, and data engineering to continuously improve team capabilities and product outcomes.
- • Ensure data science initiatives adhere to ethical standards and data privacy regulations applicable to global mobile app ecosystems.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- • 5+ years of experience in data science, preferably in a product-focused environment
- • 2+ years of experience in AdTech
- • 2+ years of experience in a leading role
- • Proficiency in Python and SQL
- • Experience with PySpark, Pandas, AWS, PyTorch, Hydra, and Comet
