📋 Description

• Lead Data Scientist role driving data-driven decision-making to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and overall business performance through advanced analytics and experimentation.
• Design and develop A/B tests on app features and user experience, advise on best practices, and lead attribution modeling to measure marketing impact on customer acquisition and retention.
• Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership, drive metrics definition and management, and develop sophisticated reports and visualizations for business use.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, foster professional growth, lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize the customer journey, and collaborate with software developers to implement analytical models in production.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging strategies to guide the team, leverage analytical modeling to enhance customer experience, revenue, and efficiency, and lead research projects that inform business strategy and product decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or closely related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.
• 5 years of experience in MBB consulting.
• 3 years of experience in scripting languages (Python, Java, etc.) or statistical packages (R, SAS, Matlab, etc.).
• Advanced proficiency and hands-on experience with SQL.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing A/B tests and other user research.
