- • Lead Data Scientist role driving financial planning and strategic decision-making through machine learning, generative AI, and data-driven insights at ServiceTitan.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the design and deployment of ML and GenAI solutions, partnering with Finance leadership, building scalable data science infrastructure, mentoring team members, and transforming model outputs into executive-ready recommendations.
- • Part of the Operations data science team supporting the Finance organization at a fast-growing, innovative company where work directly impacts critical financial decisions and resource allocation.
- • Opportunity to develop expertise in forecasting, optimization, and generative AI while influencing strategic financial planning and gaining visibility with top executives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years as a data scientist developing predictive business models, with at least 5 years in time series forecasting, anomaly detection, and/or optimization
- • MS/Ph.D in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or similar quantitative discipline
- • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with deep expertise in PyTorch, Transformers, scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM, scipy, statsmodels
- • Demonstrated experience applying Generative AI to real business problems, including building Agentic Workflows and implementing RAG architectures
- • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure (Azure AI Studio, Foundry)
- • Ability to combine model results with business understanding to create actionable recommendations in financial or operational contexts
