📋 Description

• • As a Lead Data Scientist on Alteryx’s AI Integrity Labs team, you will drive the evaluation and reliability of next-generation AI systems, ensuring that large language models and agentic architectures perform with accuracy, fairness, and robustness—directly impacting the trustworthiness of AI-powered products used by enterprises worldwide.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing evaluation frameworks and telemetry analysis for agentic systems using LangChain and LangGraph, building and optimizing data models for generative AI, collaborating with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions (such as Gemini, OpenAI, and Azure AI), mentoring junior data scientists, and communicating complex insights to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
