• • Lead Data Scientist, Search role focused on transforming omnichannel search experiences using AI/GenAI and Machine Learning to power personalized athlete and teammate interactions at DICK’S Sporting Goods.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading design and implementation of advanced search algorithms using embeddings, LLMs, and graph learning; optimizing ranking and personalization systems; building data pipelines; collaborating on search architecture; monitoring performance; running A/B tests; researching emerging AI/ML technologies; and mentoring junior scientists and engineers.
