📋 Description

• Lead the development of a company-wide performance intelligence system that provides real-time insights to the CEO and leadership team across all divisions including Trading, Marketing, BD, Product, and Operations.
• Drive strategic decision-making by analyzing company performance, identifying growth levers, conducting deep dives into P&L, conversion funnels, and user retention, and developing data-backed forecasts and scenarios.
• Establish and track KPIs for marketing efficiency, BD ROI, and partner venue performance, measure campaign and partnership impact, and build ROI models for budget and vendor decisions.
• Build and maintain the data infrastructure including pipelines, databases, dashboards, and analytics tools (e.g., BigQuery, Looker, Metabase, Mixpanel), write SQL queries and data models independently, and design self-serve data systems for cross-team access.
• Collaborate with heads of Trading, Marketing, BD, and Product to align analytics with strategy, translate complex data into clear narratives for executives and investors, and eventually lead a small Data & Insights team.
• Operate in a fast-moving startup environment as a hands-on builder who thrives on autonomy and impact, with the opportunity to shape GRVT’s data foundation and strategic direction from the ground up.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in data analytics, strategy, or business intelligence within fintech, crypto, or top-tier tech companies (e.g., Revolut, Binance, Stripe, Uber).
• Highly skilled in SQL with the ability to independently query and model data.
• Proficient in Python/R and BI tools such as Superset, PowerBI, Looker, or Metabase.
• Strong grasp of financial modeling, P&L analysis, and business metrics, with the ability to connect data to strategic outcomes.
• Experienced in OKR setting, KPI management, and performance tracking across teams.
• Excellent communicator who can simplify complex data into executive-level insights.
• A hands-on builder who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Bonus: Familiarity with crypto, trading, or on-chain analytics.
