📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of compelling activities to entertain and challenge players in an open-world live-service game, ensuring long-term engagement and relevance.
• Define and document the vision for gameplay activities, align with market positioning, and secure stakeholder buy-in through clear communication and collaboration.
• Mentor and manage a growing team of activity designers, fostering career growth and maintaining high design standards as the project scales.
• Collaborate with Game Director, Design Director, Lead World Designer, and cross-functional teams (art, engineering, production) to integrate activities seamlessly into the game world and balance design with technical and artistic constraints.
• Design and implement repeatable open-world activities, scripted narrative-driven content, pinnacle group challenges, and limited-time events, then maintain and tune them post-launch based on playtesting and live service feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years’ design experience
• 5+ years in a leadership role
• 3+ years’ experience as a people-manager in the design discipline
• Shipped 1+ live-service multiplayer title(s) in a design leadership role
• Shipped 1+ action title(s) in a design leadership role
• Designed and implemented 1+ ‘endgame’ activities for a live-service title
