- • As a Lead Development Representative 2 at DexCom, Inc., you will play a vital role in connecting with customers, qualifying prospects, and guiding them through the purchase process for Dexcom’s life-changing continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology, directly contributing to improved health outcomes for people managing diabetes.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls to engage prospects, capturing customer information to complete lead conversions, handling inquiries with empathy and clarity, troubleshooting issues using desktop applications, and compassionately addressing sensitive healthcare-related situations while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA and FDA regulations.
- • You will join DexCom’s Customer Support team, a group of passionate, mission-driven professionals dedicated to earning customer trust through integrity, active listening, and innovative service in a fast-paced, growing environment focused on advancing global health technology.
- • In this role, you will develop strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, gain deep knowledge of CGM technology and healthcare compliance, build meaningful customer relationships, and grow professionally through access to career development programs and tuition reimbursement opportunities within a purpose-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma or equivalent
- • Availability to work various shifts, including shift times specific to region assigned
- • Proficiency with Windows operating systems and logical problem-solving skills
- • Predictable and reliable attendance with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- • Preferred: 3-4 years of customer service and insurance benefits experience
- • Preferred: Excellent oral and written communication skills, bilingual in English and Spanish, and some technical background
