• • This highly visible role demands a leader who can own complex API integrations from inception to completion, acting as the primary technical liaison between our buyer customers and internal engineering teams.
• • You will be instrumental in translating intricate technical requirements into actionable plans, ensuring seamless communication and understanding across diverse stakeholder groups, including non-technical business leaders and customer engineering teams.
• • A core responsibility will be to join customer calls, providing expert technical guidance, troubleshooting live integration issues, and building strong, trust-based relationships with our clients.
