- • As a Lead Frontend Engineer at Popl, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing our web application strategy, ensuring an exceptional and seamless user experience for our rapidly growing customer base. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to not only write high-quality, performant React code but also to significantly influence our frontend architecture, establish best practices, and mentor a talented team of engineers. - • You will take ownership of the development lifecycle for our web desktop applications, from conceptualization and design through to implementation and deployment. This involves writing clean, maintainable, and efficient React code, meticulously ensuring that every feature aligns with our high standards for user experience and technical excellence. Your contributions will be critical in building the infrastructure that makes in-person Go-To-Market strategies measurable, scalable, and revenue-driving.
- • A core aspect of this role involves collaborating closely with a cross-functional team, including backend engineers, product managers, and UI/UX designers. You will actively participate in technical discussions, provide frontend expertise, and ensure seamless integration of frontend components with backend APIs. - • You will play a key role in guiding frontend architecture and technical decision-making.
