- • Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale web applications and services using .NET, Java, Angular, and AWS cloud technologies.
- • Define and enforce application architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and development best practices across multiple technical teams.
- • Provide technical direction and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring quality, maintainability, and scalability of all delivered solutions.
- • Design and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures to support scalable and high-performing systems.
- • Architect cloud-native and serverless solutions leveraging AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, and API Gateway.
- • Review technical designs, code implementations, and system architectures to ensure alignment with security, performance, reliability, and compliance requirements.
- • Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers on software design, coding practices, and engineering excellence.
- • Support technical onboarding, career growth, and team development through one-on-one coaching and feedback.
- • Lead code reviews and foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and engineering accountability.
- • Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and delivery plans.
- • Provide effort estimates, technical assessments, and roadmaps for new initiatives and feature development.
- • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- • Identify, mitigate, and resolve technical risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks impacting delivery timelines and system stability.
- • Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices to automate testing, integration, and deployment processes.
- • Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud operations teams to optimize application deployment, monitoring, and observability strategies.
- • Implement logging, performance monitoring, and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability and rapid issue resolution.
- • Ensure cloud resources are architected for security, scalability, and cost efficiency across all environments.
- • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business objectives and technical strategy.
- • Assist with technical hiring, candidate evaluations, and team structure planning to build high-performing engineering teams.
- • Support production deployments, incident response, and post-mortem analysis to improve system resilience and operational efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- • 8+ years of software development experience with proven technical leadership
- • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET (Core/Framework), Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript
- • Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
- • Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway)
- • Experience working within Agile, SDLC, CI/CD, and DevOps environments
