- • As the Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will take on a pivotal role in guiding the design, implementation, and maintenance of CoverGo’s innovative SaaS platform for the insurtech market, providing technical direction to ensure scalable and efficient solutions.
- • You will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise software solutions, conduct code reviews, optimize performance for high traffic, ensure security and compliance, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- • CoverGo is a global leader in no-code insurance platforms, serving enterprise clients like AXA, Bupa, and MSIG, with over 120 employees from 30 nationalities, fully remote, and backed by top-tier VC funding, having grown annualized revenue over 30x since 2021.
- • In this role, you will drive technical excellence, foster innovation, mentor team members, and contribute to the continuous growth of a platform transforming insurance accessibility worldwide, while gaining leadership experience in a high-impact, international tech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience of 8+ years as a Full Stack Engineer with a track record of leading complex SaaS applications
- • Strong technical background in JavaScript, Vue, .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker, and RESTful API design with OpenAPI/Swagger
- • Minimum 2 years in a lead/manager role with ability to guide and develop teams
- • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), container technologies (Docker), and performance optimization for high-traffic web applications
- • Thorough understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD), unit/integration/testing, web security best practices, and compliance with industry regulations
- • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams, plus willingness to work within Canada timezone (GMT-7 to GMT-4)
