- • We are seeking an engaged and proactive Data Engineer to work with our financial data, along with supplemental data sets which can be utilized to enhance analysis and visibility into the scope and health of various financial institutions.
- • The ideal candidate will love solving difficult problems, dig deeply to understand the domain in which they’re working, and excel at creating high-quality software in a collaborative environment.

- • The engineering team is a highly collaborative unit that is responsible for creating web applications and REST APIs backing our financial products.
- • The role involves joining an existing team with a growing product vision and requires finesse around legacy codebases, particularly with regards to their extension and maintenance.
- • The role emphasizes collaboration with technical and non-technical counterparts to learn our domain and its unique challenges, while delivering value to our customers.
- • In this role, you will set and drive the technical vision for the team, partner with peer staff/principal engineers to shape direction across adjacent teams, and own the architecture of a Snowflake lakehouse ingesting 30+ regulatory and market data sources.
- • You will also design and evolve reusable Terraform modules spanning AWS, Azure, Snowflake, MongoDB Atlas, GitLab, Datadog, etc., drive CI/CD, IaC, and acceptance-test standards across the team, and mentor engineers and act as code-owner across IaC, data-lake, and application repos.
🎯 Requirements
- • Expert Python (ex/ Flask, Dash, Dask, Pandas)
- • Deep experience with AWS (ex. S3, IAM, SQS, Lambda, IRSA)
- • Terraform at module-author level
