📋 Description

• Serve as the senior technical execution owner for Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions, primarily within SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), translating architectural strategy into operational implementations.
• Lead the design, implementation, and sustainment of identity lifecycle automation including joiner/mover/leaver workflows, birthright access, access certifications, RBAC/ABAC, and separation-of-duties controls.
• Ensure all IGA engineering solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, reference designs, and governance models while maintaining scalability, supportability, and operational reliability.
• Own the engineering of integrations between SailPoint ISC and HR systems, directories, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and enterprise applications, including API, SCIM, and data flow mapping, reconciliation, monitoring, and exception handling.
• Translate regulatory, audit, and risk requirements (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, PCI, NIST) into enforceable technical controls and consistent implementation practices across the IGA platform.
• Maintain platform reliability, technical health, and engineering standards through deployment automation, version control, change management, and monitoring practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align IGA delivery priorities, roadmap initiatives, and technical design across engineering, security, and compliance domains.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers on IGA implementation standards, integration best practices, and operational excellence to enhance team maturity and delivery consistency.
• Act as the authoritative engineering lead for the IGA platform, accountable for delivery quality, platform performance, and adherence to approved architectural direction.
• Provide technical leadership in the development of automation scripts and tooling to support identity onboarding, migration, and routine operational processes.
• Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA requirements by ensuring all remote work environments include a dedicated, interruption-free space for handling protected health information (PHI).
• Participate in occasional travel to Humana offices for training, meetings, or team alignment sessions as required.
• Operate with minimal oversight, demonstrating strong independent problem-solving skills and clear communication of technical decisions and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
• Ensure home office internet connectivity meets minimum standards of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload via DSL or cable modem; satellite and wireless internet are prohibited.

🎯 Requirements

• SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer certification
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in identity engineering, security engineering, or software solution delivery
• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), including lifecycle workflows, access governance, and integrations
• Proven experience engineering system and application integrations using APIs, SCIM, and enterprise data flows
• Demonstrated ability to act as technical owner for a platform or domain, including accountability for delivery quality and operational outcomes
• Proficiency with version control and structured deployment or release workflows
