- • Lead Influencer Manager at Inbeat Agency Inc. is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving influencer strategy and execution across high-impact global client accounts while leading and developing a team of mid-level and junior influencer managers. This role is critical to scaling the agency’s influencer function by ensuring consistent delivery of high-performing campaigns, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to business growth through proposal development and sales support.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing tailored influencer and content strategies aligned with client objectives, managing the full campaign lifecycle from brief to launch and optimization, serving as the primary client contact for assigned accounts, leading and mentoring a team of influencer managers through coaching and performance oversight, owning content approval processes to ensure brand alignment and compliance, continuously optimizing creator mix and formats for awareness, traffic, and conversion goals, managing and improving the Airtable-based operations system with automations and workflow documentation, supporting new business development by building influencer strategies for proposals and participating in client pitches, collaborating with leadership to shape influencer best practices, and proactively identifying and communicating risks, blockers, and trade-offs to internal teams and clients.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns
- • Ability to translate client briefs into influencer strategies, creative direction, and execution plans
- • Strong instincts for content formats, creator-brand fit, and conversion-driven tactics across platforms
- • Comfort working in structured systems such as Airtable, Notion, or similar tools to maintain clean, scalable workflows
- • Confident, clear communicator with senior stakeholders, especially US-based clients; fluent English is required
- • Ability to guide and review work from mid-level and junior influencer managers while remaining hands-on in execution
