You will transform raw data into strategic narratives that directly influence how Freshworks allocates multi-million-dollar budgets and shapes product-led growth initiatives.
- • Design, build, and continuously refine executive-level dashboards in Tableau and Power BI that track funnel velocity, channel attribution, CAC payback, and pipeline coverage. These dashboards are reviewed weekly by the CMO and become the single source of truth for board-level reporting.
- • Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, and Product Marketing to architect a unified lead-scoring model that blends firmographic, technographic, intent, and in-product behavioral signals. Your model will route 50k+ monthly leads to the right reps at the right time, cutting response time by 30% and boosting MQL→SQL conversion.
- • Run deep-dive analyses on campaign performance across paid, owned, and earned channels (Google, LinkedIn, email nurtures, webinars, review sites, and community). Translate findings into A/B test hypotheses and budget re-allocation recommendations that demonstrably lift pipeline and ARR.
- • Establish rigorous data-governance guardrails for the marketing database (Marketo + Snowflake + Salesforce stack). You will own segmentation logic, deduplication rules, GDPR/CCPA compliance checks, and automated QA scripts that keep 5M+ contact records pristine and marketable.
- • Create always-on anomaly-detection alerts that flag sudden drops in form-fill rates, spikes in hard bounces, or shifts in ICP mix. When an alert fires, you triage root causes—be it pixel breakage, list fatigue, or competitive displacement—and coordinate fixes within 24 hours.
- • Build predictive models (regression, clustering, uplift) to forecast quarterly pipeline and identify expansion opportunities within the existing customer base. Your forecasts feed directly into capacity planning for Sales and Customer Success, ensuring we neither over-hire nor miss revenue targets.
- • Drive cross-functional “data days” where Sales, Marketing, and Product teams whiteboard funnel friction points and co-create solutions. You will translate qualitative feedback into quantitative experiments that validate or invalidate proposed fixes.
- • Champion marketing analytics enablement: create SQL snippets, Looker blocks, and self-service cheat sheets so regional marketers can answer 80% of their own questions without opening tickets. Your documentation reduces ad-hoc request volume by 40% within six months.
- • Stay ahead of the martech curve—evaluate new tools (e.g., CDPs, reverse-ETL, AI copy-testing) and run proof-of-concepts that could unlock the next 10% lift in campaign efficiency. Present business cases with ROI projections to secure budget and executive buy-in.
- • Mentor a small squad of junior analysts and marketing ops associates. Conduct weekly code reviews, share advanced SQL techniques, and foster a culture of hypothesis-driven experimentation that turns data into delightful customer experiences.
- • Own the monthly “Revenue Growth Review” deck delivered to the CEO and Board. Distill complex multi-touch attribution, cohort LTV curves, and incremental lift studies into crisp visuals and 3-bullet takeaways that guide strategic decisions at the highest level.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, revenue operations, or business intelligence within a B2B SaaS environment.
- • Expert-level proficiency in SQL (window functions, CTEs, performance tuning) and at least one BI tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- • Demonstrated success building lead-scoring models and multi-touch attribution frameworks that materially improved funnel metrics.
- • Deep understanding of marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce) data models, including campaign-member objects and opportunity contact roles.
- • Nice-to-have: working knowledge of Python/R for predictive analytics, dbt for data transformation, and familiarity with GDPR/CCPA compliance practices.
