  • • Lead, Marketing Operations at Sprinto Inc. is a strategic role focused on driving and optimizing the company’s end-to-end revenue strategy by aligning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance teams around shared metrics, workflows, and AI-powered tools. Reporting to the Associate Director of Revenue Strategy & Operations, this high-ownership position is designed for professionals who have built and scaled go-to-market (GTM) processes in fast-growing SaaS environments and are ready to own the revenue operating model — not just report on it. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and cross-functional leadership, enabling sustainable growth through process excellence and data-informed decision-making.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, implementing, and refining GTM processes across the customer lifecycle; owning and improving the revenue operating model to ensure predictability and scalability; partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to align on key performance indicators (KPIs), forecasting, and pipeline health; leading the selection, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven tools and marketing technology (MarTech) stack to enhance efficiency and insight; establishing standardized workflows for lead management, handoffs, and customer journey tracking; conducting deep-dive analyses to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities; influencing senior stakeholders through clear, data-backed storytelling and strategic recommendations; and ensuring compliance with internal controls and external standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001) as they relate to revenue and marketing operations.

  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS revenue operations, GTM strategy, and MarTech optimization at scale. You will gain hands-on experience influencing C-suite and cross-functional leaders, shaping the strategic direction of a high-growth B2B SaaS company. You will build a track record of owning end-to-end revenue processes — from lead generation to renewal and expansion — and positioning yourself as a strategic operator capable of driving predictable, scalable growth. This role offers a clear path to senior leadership in Revenue Strategy, Sales Operations, or Chief Operating Officer tracks within fast-scaling technology companies.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience building and scaling go-to-market (GTM) processes in a fast-growing SaaS environment, preferably in B2B or enterprise software.
  • • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct deep-dive analyses, interpret complex data sets, and translate insights into actionable strategies for senior stakeholders.
  • • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance) without direct authority, using data, storytelling, and strategic thinking.
  • • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms).
  • • Familiarity with AI-driven tools and MarTech stack optimization to improve lead scoring, attribution, forecasting, and campaign performance.
  • • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort presenting to executives and influencing decision-making at the leadership level.
