- • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Deputy’s marketing operations function, ensuring alignment with global revenue goals and customer lifecycle strategies.
- • Own and manage the end-to-end operation of marketing automation platforms, including campaign execution, workflow design, lead scoring, and nurturing sequences across multiple channels.
- • Evaluate and consolidate Deputy’s current dual-marketing automation platform environment into a unified, scalable, and future-ready martech stack with a focus on reducing complexity and increasing efficiency.
- • Drive data quality initiatives across marketing systems, ensuring accurate segmentation, clean lead data, and reliable reporting for sales and marketing teams.
- • Design and maintain attribution models that accurately measure marketing’s impact on pipeline and revenue, enabling data-driven budget allocation and performance optimization.
- • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align marketing operations with broader revenue technology ecosystems, including CRM, analytics, and customer data platforms.
- • Develop and document standardized operating procedures for campaign deployment, A/B testing, lead handoff, and performance reporting to ensure consistency and scalability.
- • Implement robust reporting dashboards and KPI frameworks to track campaign performance, ROI, and funnel metrics across regions and customer segments.
- • Champion the responsible and creative use of AI tools within marketing operations to automate repetitive tasks, enhance personalization, and uncover insights from large datasets.
- • Provide training and support to marketing team members on platform usage, data hygiene practices, and automation best practices to foster adoption and reduce dependency on technical resources.
- • Partner with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and secure handling of customer information across all marketing systems.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for vendor management, contract renewals, and feature evaluations of marketing technology tools.
- • Proactively identify bottlenecks in marketing workflows and lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve time-to-market for campaigns.
- • Stay current with industry trends in martech, automation, and AI-driven marketing to continuously evolve Deputy’s operational capabilities.
- • Support global marketing teams by providing localized operational guidance while maintaining centralized standards for branding, compliance, and data integrity.
🎯 Requirements
- • Deep expertise in Marketo as a primary marketing automation platform
- • Proven experience managing and consolidating multiple marketing automation systems into a unified stack
- • Strong understanding of martech architecture and integration with CRM, analytics, and revenue systems
- • Demonstrated success in designing attribution models and measuring marketing ROI
