• • As the Lead Mobile Engineer at MLabs, you will be at the forefront of shaping the user-facing experience for a revolutionary, next-generation financial platform. This pivotal role is designed for an experienced leader who can architect, build, and continuously enhance both iOS and Android applications, ensuring they are not only intuitive and user-friendly but also fortified with bank-grade security. You will be instrumental in translating complex financial requirements into seamless, trustworthy digital workflows, taking full ownership of features from their inception through to their successful launch and ongoing iteration.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to define and drive the technical vision for the mobile presence of our platform. This involves a delicate but crucial balance between delivering a cutting-edge, fintech-grade user experience and upholding the highest standards of security and reliability expected in the financial sector. You will be tasked with the challenge of bringing sophisticated financial functionalities to users quickly and with unwavering accuracy and robustness.
• • You will lead the end-to-end design and development lifecycle for our flagship iOS and Android applications. This includes conceptualizing new features, collaborating with design and product teams, overseeing the implementation, and managing the release process. • • A key aspect of your role will involve refining and enhancing our mobile SDKs and cross-platform frameworks. • • You will be directly responsible for integrating advanced security protocols, such as WebAuthn and passkeys, alongside robust secure authentication mechanisms, into our mobile wallets and core financial transaction workflows. This requires a deep understanding of both mobile security best practices and the specific threats and requirements within the fintech and blockchain spaces.
• • Setting and rigorously enforcing high standards for performance, security, and architectural integrity across the entire mobile codebase is paramount. You will establish coding guidelines, conduct comprehensive code reviews, and champion best practices to ensure the long-term health and maintainability of our mobile applications.
